Best Sustainable Outfit at the GUAP Gala
The world is on fire. Natural disasters are on the rise and the fashion industry is responsible for more carbon dioxide emissions than international flights and shipping combined. Increasingly, people are starting to think about sustainability, environmental preservation and up-cycling with the outfit choices they make. We were on the lookout for the best sustainable outfit at the GUAP Gala, paying special attention to guests with climate conscious outfits. Stylist and designer Nana Esi won us over with a gown she hand made herself using discarded denim scraps. Finished off with a beautiful pearl structure by Grace Lily Alexander, the dress was a vision of cool, classy, elegant, sustainable fashion. What do you think?
