Skepta is the new face of Diesel Sound Of The Brave Fragrance

UK grime giant Skepta has revealed that he is the face of Diesel’s new scent Sound Of The Brave.

The news comes as a pleasantly surprising development in Skepta’s career, which was first mentioned in an interview he did with GQ last week saying, “I found a fragrance that embodies my own sense of chill. It’s the one for me.”

Music lies at the heart of the Sound Of The Brave scent, a reinvention of the Only The Brave fragrance that was launched over a decade ago with American rapper Common as the face of it.

Diesel SOUND OF THE BRAVE is an oriental fougère produced like a music track by perfume hit maker Fabrice Pellegrin at Firmenich. It’s vibrant and loud with base notes of warm amber woods and sensual musks, layered with star ingredient bison grass accord and lavandin essence, and topped with spices of juniper and invigorating lemon essence.

Skepta embodies the fragrance as an icon who had the courage to make himself heard, and evolve his sound and style continuously, in the process changing the landscape of grime and rap in the UK forever.

This collaboration looks to be fresh and exciting and we can’t wait to see what else will follow.
