Interview with celebrity Chef Willie Wallace

Willie Wallace is an Atlanta based Chef who has flown over to South London to add some serious flavour to your taste buds. He held a workshop in my borough Lewisham at Buster Mantis in Deptford and if you missed out, shame on you. Bringing that soul food to South, make sure you keep an eye out for when he returns from the states in May 2018.

After cooking for the likes of Rick Ross, K Michelle, Janelle Monae and many more, he knows how to create something for everyone.

Chef Willie Wallace is currently living the Vegan lifestyle and being Pescatrarian myself I thought I have to catch up with this ledge and see if he has any tips for me and for you.
