@AdySuleiman releases long anticipated debut album “Memories”

I first found Ady after stumbling across his music on blogs in 2012. Now, after signing to and leaving a major label Ady has taken his career by the reigns. Five years later, just a week after release his debut album ‘Memories’ has reached #7 in the UK R&B Charts and is #2 in the Record Store charts.

Talking to LeftLion earlier this month Ady said:

“All the songs on the record are stories from either my life or the people close to me like family and friends. Life was definitely an inspiration for the record.There are influences from Lauren Hill to James Blake. Amy Winehouse is a massive vocal inspiration for me. Hip-hop as well, in some of the production. It’s kind of a mix of stuff”

Earlier this month Ady released a music video for the track Somebody To Love, one of the standout tracks on the album.
