Naomi Schiff Becomes The W-Series Diversity & Inclusion Ambassador

Naomi Schiff is who I want to be when I grow up! The 25-year old has an impressive list of victories. The W-Series driver has won 10 races so far! Including the 2014 Clio Cup Asia and the 2018 KTM GT4 X-Bow Battle championship titles and placed second in the 2018 ADAC Zurich 24 Hours Nürburgring.

Schiff has gone on to sprinkle some more black girl magic as she joins the W Series team as the Diversity and Inclusion Ambassador. Schiff – who is half-Belgian and half-Rwandan, grew up in South Africa and races under the German flag, will be working with the London team to improve diversity in the motorsport industry. Schiff is keen to increase the diversity in motorsport not just as a woman but as a woman of colour.

Schiff will be working with the W-Series team in London to help spread the word about the unique role that W Series is playing for female drivers all over the world. Though she hasn’t qualified for the 2020 W Series, Schiff told Formula Spy that she is more determined to win a place in the 2021 W- Series Championship.
