Background:

Born in Seoul Korea, J JS Lee graduated from Central St. Martins in 2010 with an MA in Fashion Design. JS Lee’s graduate collection was awarded the revered Harrods Award, which saw her collection showcased in the windows of the Knightsbridge store. In March 2010, J JS Lee launched her eponymous womenswear label featuring sleek and chic androgynous pieces in tailoring and has been on schedule at London Fashion Week for 12 seasons. J JS Lee’s womenswear collection is stocked globally and at Dover Street Market in the UK

FASHION PRESENTATION AT THE BFC DISCOVERY LAB

The J JS Lee man is the modern gentleman; he is considered with a sense of humor, he appreciates classic tailoring techniques updated with contemporary details to create an effortless look. Created around the deconstruction of the jumpsuit and taking detailing from a vintage military air force jacket, the collection is designed for versatility and functionality with a contemporary take on British tailoring. Every piece in the collection is interchangeable; trousers are linked to jackets via braces – a key feature throughout pulled through welts and zips.
