GUAP’s Future Fashion Pop-Up Was a Hub of Creativity With a Focus on the Future

To mark the end of London Fashion Week, on Saturday June 18th, we hosted ‘Future Fashion’, a curated space where six emerging brands could showcase their work, connect with their customers in person, and amplify their online success in a physical setting.

Featuring Noémie Wilson, YYATOMIC, Delores by Delores, Gee Shades, Kadani and Dew Woods, the pop-up was hosted at Red Bull London; and saw hundreds turn out to support these upcoming brands. Selling clothing, accessories and homeware, these brands embody the future of fashion with their innovative approach to creating, and are living proof of how much fashion needs new innovators, willing to do things their own way.

With the drinks provided by Red Bull London, and the vibes provided by DJs Jeeniius, ELLADHC and Sham Steele, the day was a hub for creatives of all kinds to envision what the future could look like, and be inspired by their peers to keep pushing the boundaries; something spoken candidly about during the panel discussion.

Led by GUAP’s ONPOINT host Metafari, the talk saw Noémie Wilson, Ziwei Qu, and Delores Oblitey share their experiences of being young, independent designers in a post-pandemic world, thinking on their feet and navigating the opportunities and challenges the digital age brings.

Keep reading to see what went down during the day.
