The newfound age of diversity has Asos bring heat to the culture and most importantly the fashion industry!
After announcing a new gender fluid label, Asos has finally released the faces of the collective behind the designs in the collection. The six creators include very popular people and one can say individuals that have definitely made their mark in the fashion industry.
The six genius behind the collection are vlogger Spencer Elmer, actress and advocate for body positivity Grace Mandeville, Clarrissa Henery also popularly known as Vintage Doll Risa, the founder and designer of Girls Do Succeed, stylist, photographer and fashion blogger Jebi Signature, conceptual artist Rene Matic and the face of our issue six cover and probably the most controversial woman on twitter Chidera Eggerue aka The Slumflower.
Collusion which means ‘play together’ is basically a collective ‘for the coming youth’ which plays on the diversity and individuality of the youth of Britain today. The collection is said to be inspired by unity, inclusivity and experimentation. With a year work, the label is showcasing 200 affordable styles that are animal free and sustainable.
